Following the report of the previous article, we continue to introduce more new types of springs in CIFF INTERZUM GUANGZHOU, Asia's leading trade fair for the furniture production material.

※ Two stages pocket spring

The Two stages pocket spring offers outstanding benefits for mattress performance. Its ingenious two-stage design provides targeted support by dividing the spring into two distinct sections, each engineered to meet different needs. The upper stage is softer, gently contouring to the body's curves, relieving pressure points, and offering a plush feel that cradles sleepers in comfort. Meanwhile, the lower stage is firmer, delivering robust support to the spine and ensuring proper alignment throughout the night. This dual-stage support system caters to various sleeping positions and body types, significantly enhancing the overall sleep experience.

※ 28cm height pocket spring

Now our maximum height of pocket spring can reach 28cm, can do 1.7-2.3mm, four sides strengthen the edges also can make.

※ Lightweight pocket spring / High compression rate pocket spring

This lightweight pocket spring uses the most advanced high compression ratio technology machine to produce.  Previously, the fixed value of the spring used to be compressed into the non-woven bag was 3-5cm.  But now, it can be extended to 5-15 cm. Thin wire can be used to replace thick wire, such as 1.7mm wire can reach the same rebound and support ability as 2.0mm wire, thus the pocket spring unit can be lightweight, reducing material cost and transport cost by around 5-10%.
